Cute Favors on A Buget

So I know that I'm not the only one who notices a slight shrink in discretionary income. Even on the business side, clients have less to spend but still desire to have a Exquisite event. One small thing that can get costly that people don't even think about is the favor. What will people tangibly take with them from your event?

One of the things I always like to recommend, depending on the event, is edible favors. I can't tell you how many events I've been to and received framed pictures, silverware, and some of everything. Me being the person I am I usually like to sit it somewhere nice for a little while to help delay its inevitable fate, file 13; I'd feel bad if I threw it away instantly. But I know I'm note alone. To the contrary I've been at events where I was given a personalized cookie or some type of wonderful candy and mine didn't make it past the cocktail hour.

What am I saying when you don't have a lot to spend, and therefore you definitely don't want them wasted, opt for edible favors. Cute personalized candies or cookies are always a good way to go and are another way to tie in the colors to your event decor. Here are a few cute edible favor holders that I found while browsing OrientalTrading.com.

This personalized organza bag comes in many colors and can work for various functions.
Baby block favor boxes are cute for any shower. With a niece on the way this one is on my personal list.

Palm tree boxes that can be filled with candy. Really cute for a tropical themed party.

Tulle covered boxes with ribbon. This little boxes filled with treats can be a nice touch for your guests. Spruce it up by adding colored candy and using your own ribbon to tie into your event decor.

These Mini Organza Bags are cute for a bridal shower, bachelorette party, tea party or anytime the ladies gather.
HAPPY FAVOR MAKING!!!
